Sand Testing
We have installed complete sand testing facilities to ensure no blow holes occur in our castings.
Chemical Composition Testing
Spectrochemical detection is used to check the proper grade of the material.
Hydrostatic Testing
All products are checked to ensure leakage-free performance under hydraulic pressure.
Testing Parameters:
Dia 80–300 mm → 25 MPa (as per ISI/BS/KFW standards)
Dia 300–600 mm → 16 MPa
Hardness & Tensile Testing
UTM (Universal Testing Machine) is used to test the mechanical properties and Brinell Hardness Number (BHN) of castings.
We have installed complete lab setups to ensure the best quality castings.
Coating & Thickness Testing
Both cement lining and paint thickness are tested.
We check cement lining thickness and paint coating thickness of all products.
